After seventeen years of marriage, parents of pop sensation, Mily Cyurs, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus, decided to call it quits and filed a divorce.
The couple was married on December 28, 1992 and spent most of their married life living in Nashville, Tennessee before relocating to Los Angeles as a result of Miley landing Disney's Hannah Montana role. Reports say that Billy Ray was the one responsible for initiating the separation.
They had five children but Billy Ray wants custody for their minor children, daughters Miley Ray (born Destiny Hope), Noah Lindsey, and son Braison Chance.
Irreconcilable differences was said to be the reason of the divorce.
